This Firm handles employment related matters including but not limited to negotiation and drafting of employment contracts, human resource policies, dispute resolution in employer-employee relations and trade unions and rendering advice on all compliance matters that arise.
We also handle class action litigation cases involving retirement benefits in Uganda and enforcement of employee’s rights and claims. The Firm has done a lot of employment work including arbitration and actions relating to employee benefits and managerial compensation primarily on behalf of the large corporate bodies.
