Andrew is an Advocate of Ugandan Courts of Judicature, Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public.
Andrew is one of the two founding partners of Springs Advocates and heads the Dispute Resolution and Natural Resources department of the firm.
He mainly specializes in Corporate/Commercial Law and Litigation, Insolvency, Arbitration (Dispute Resolution), Natural Resources Practice, Business Advisory, Land Transactions and Conveyancing Practice.
He also serves as a Board Director and Company Secretary on various companies and provides guidance and advice on good corporate governance practices.
Outside the firm, Andrew enjoys playing Cricket and Soccer, he is an ardent golf fan as well. He was actively involved in the formation and registration of The Lawyers’ League (Uganda) as a promoter, and he is currently the Chairperson Rules Committee of the said League.
Andrew is an Insolvency and Arbitration practitioner, a member of the Uganda Law Society and East Africa Law Society.
He is the current Chairman of Mbale Heroes Football Club.
