We have represented clients in transactions in the upstream, middle and downstream areas of the Oil & Gas value chain.

Our Firm has advised clients on matters relating to all aspects of procurement, negotiation, permit acquisitions and contract documentation for the acquisition of power construction and generation licenses in Uganda, day-to-day exploration and production activities, applications for grant of Petroleum rights, compliance with the statutory and regulatory framework, acquisition of Petroleum rights, business establishment and structuring, due diligence investigations and risk management, applications for all types of mineral rights and the requirements for retention of such mineral rights, acquisition of surface rights necessary for operation under different types of mineral rights in Uganda among others.
